getting attention

i just dont understand why people keep posting like a SAD shoutouts just to get the attention from others.or maybe giving like some unfinished sentence like ‘im goin now..’ in the comment and the one who recieved the comment will keep asking why is this person saying this ridiculous thing?and that is getting attention from others and i dont like it that much. 
what is your opinion about this kinda person?
haha. that’s normal. maybe sumtimes they do feel like finishing d sentence but afraid if the person yg dorg referring tu might notice. n who knows, bad things will happened ke. huhu
